Salt Lake's Greek Restaurants  Aristo's Greek Restaurant Aristo’s restaurant can be described as simple but elegant, offering a taste of authentic Southern Greek cuisine. To truly appreciate Aristo’s you must understand the essence of Cretan cuisine. It is simple, earthy, and robust fare, often cooked with wine, olive oil and Mediterranean spices. Most of the dishes are made from family recipes while others take a modern Greek twist. Greek specialties like spanakopita, mousaka, stifado and a variety of souvlakis. Some favorites such as lamb chops, rib-eye steaks and tilapia are also served. Aristo’s offers a large selection of Greek wines.
